At PinkTopic, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our Refund and Return Policy outlines how we handle returns and exchanges to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
1. General Return Policy
- Return Period: You may return your items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on customized or engraved jewelry, as well as personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or an error occurred on our part.
2. How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact our customer service team at info@pinktopic.xyz or call us at 505-468-6165 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details about the item.
Step 2: Once we approve the return request, you will receive instructions for sending the item back to us.
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

- Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply to returned items, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to discuss your exchange request. We will assist you in processing the exchange as quickly as possible.
- Exchange items must meet the same eligibility requirements as returns (unused, in original condition, and in original packaging).
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product. We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items and issue a full refund or exchange.
- Damaged During Transit: If your item is damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence, and we will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
